About Reeviews
Reeviews is review management software for local businesses and the agencies that serve them. It asks customers for reviews, brings every Google review into one inbox, and drafts a reply to each one in the business's own voice. A person approves every reply before it is posted. Reeviews is in early access.
Why we built it
Replying to every review helps a business's reputation and its search ranking, but most owners and managers don't have time to write every reply. Handing the job to software that posts on its own is a risk: one careless reply to an upset customer is public for everyone to read. Reeviews does the drafting and leaves the decision with the people who run the business.
The rules every draft follows
- A person approves every reply. No auto-posting. Approve and post, edit first, or reject. A reply moves to Posted only after someone says yes.
- Written in your voice. Drafts thank the reviewer by name, mention something specific they said, and sign off as your business. They never mention Reeviews.
- Calm with negative reviews. Drafts acknowledge the problem, don't argue, and point the reviewer to a real person to call. No "sorry for any inconvenience".
- Careful in regulated industries. For funeral homes, clinics and similar businesses, drafts never confirm someone was a customer or patient beyond what they wrote.

Reeviews is built by Bruce & Eddy, which designs and runs websites that help businesses grow. Reeviews runs on reeviews.app, and connects to Google through each business's own Google Business Profile.
